Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper (or just pepper if you don’t have any)
For 1 cup of sauce:
2 tablespoons butter (melt in small saucepan)
Add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir until a smooth paste
Slowly add 1 cup of milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper (or just pepper if you don’t have any)
This is just a basic sauce recipe. Add grated cheese for cheese sauce!
