Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 4 cans great northern white beans
- 2 cans white corn
- 2 small cans diced green chilies or to taste
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 large onions finely diced
- 1 Tbls garlic powder
- 1 Tbls oregano
- 2 Tbls cumin
- ½ - 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 large container sour cream
- 4 cups grated Jack cheese
Sautee onion in butter or oil. Add all ingredients except sour cream and cheese. Simmer 45 minutes. Add sour cream last 5 minutes or in individual bowls. Top with cheese.
