Recipe Details
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of coleslaw from Sam’s Club
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 2 cups glass noodles – soaked and chopped
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1lb of hamburger meat
- 1 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2-3 pkgs of spring roll shells
- 1 beaten egg
1 bag of coleslaw from Sam’s Club
1 bunch green onions

2 cups glass noodles – soaked and chopped
2 cups bean sprouts
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl and set aside.
Brown and drain 1lb of hamburger meat
Add:
1 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
Mix together with veggies.
2-3 pkgs of spring roll shells
1 beaten egg to seal the roll
1 ½ tablespoons of filling on the corner of the shell. Roll tightly so they won’t be soggy. Deep fry in 2” of oil on medium high. Wait until oil is hot before putting down the rolls. Let them cook to a light brown before turning them over. Drain on paper towel.
