Vanilla Ice Cream

Recipe Details

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 cups light cream
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp. vanilla
  • 3/8 tsp salt

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture thickens. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
