Ingredients:
- 1 pkg German chocolate cake mix (and necessary ingredients to make)
- 1 pkg caramels (14 oz)
- ¾ cup melted butter
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup nuts chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°. Unwrap caramels.
Mix cake per directions. Pour ½ batter into 13×9 greased pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Melt caramels in milk and butter over low heat. Pour over cake. Sprinkle in nuts and chips. Add other half of batter, sprinkle more nuts as desired. Bake 20 minutes longer.
