Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup hot water, 180°
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 cup powdered milk
- ½ cup instant mashed potatoes
- 4 tbsp yeast
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 2/3 cups flour
- 1 cup oil

½ cup instant mashed potatoes
4 tbsp yeast
4 eggs
1 ½ cup sugar
Add all ingredients in to Bosch.
Add 2/3 cups flour, mix.
Add 1 cup oil, mix.
Keep adding flour until dough pulls away from side of bowl. Approx. 6-7 cups.
Let rise once, punch down.
Form into rolls, let rise in warm spot.
Bake at 350° until golden brown. About 15-18 minutes.
