Snickerdoodles

Recipe Details

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 8-10 Minutes
Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups butter (room temperature)
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 ½ Cups Flour
  • 4 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
  • 2 teaspoons Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Cream together:

2 Cups butter (room temperature)

3 Cups Sugar

4 eggs

Then blend in:

5 ½ Cups Flour

4 teaspoons Cream of Tartar

2 teaspoons Soda

½ teaspoon Salt

 

Mix until cookie dough.

Roll into balls and then roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Bake at 375° for 8-10mins. Just until light brown around the edges.

DO NOT OVERBAKE!
