Shepard’s Pie

Recipe Details

Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef, browned and seasoned
  • 1 bag of frozen mixed veggies
  • 2 cans of tomato soup
  • 1-2 pounds of shredded cheese
  • 4-6 cups of mashed potatoes
  • Paprika

Brown and season hamburger in a big pot. Drain.

 

Add and Mix:

Tomato soup, mixed veggies. Heat until warm. (You may want to precook the veggies in the microwave if you want it to heat faster)

 

Layer in 9×13 sprayed pan:

Beef mix

Cheese

Mashed potatoes

 

Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly (30-45 mins)
