Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 12-18 Corn tortillas
- 1 large can of Macayos Mild Enchilada Sauce
- 2 lbs shredded cheese
- 1 small can of chopped olives (optional)
- 1-2 lbs of ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- oil
Brown hamburger with onion and season to taste
Lightly fry each corn tortilla
Dip tortilla in enchilada sauce and put on dinner plate
Fill with hamburger, olive and cheese
Roll and put in 9×13 pan (spray pan before)
Cover with remaining sauce
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly (30-40 mins)
