Ingredients:
- 2 cups butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 5 cups regular oatmeal
- Blended oat flour
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 24 oz bag of chocolate chips
- one 8 oz Hershey bar (finely grated)
- 3 cups chopped nuts (optional, any kind)
Cream together:
2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
Then add:
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Mix together
Slowly blend into oat flour:
5 cups regular oatmeal
Then add to cream mixture:
Blended oat flour
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
Add a 24 oz bag of chocolate chips, one 8 oz Hershey bar (finely grated), and 3 cups chopped nuts (optional, any kind). Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Golf ball size. 2” apart. Bake at 375° for 6 mins.
