Yield: 20 Cups
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic (diced)
- 1 onion diced
- 2 T Oil
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 can water
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cans corn
- 1 can black beans
- 4-5 chicken breasts (boiled and shredded)
- 2 t cumin
- 1 t pepper
- 1 t salt
- 1 t chili powder
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t Tabasco sauce
- 1 t crushed red pepper

Saute above ingredients together, then add:
1 can chicken broth
2 cans beef broth
1 can water
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans corn
1 can black beans
4-5 chicken breasts (boiled and shredded)
2 t cumin
1 t pepper
1 t salt
1 t chili powder
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t Tabasco sauce
1 t crushed red pepper
Simmer above until done. (i usually do about 20 minutes)
Top with cheese, avocado, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
Tortilla chips: flour tortillas brushed with olive oil then sliced and baked 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
