Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- dash of salt
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup sifted flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 6 tbsp lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350°
Crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup butter, softened
dash of salt
½ cup powdered sugar
Press firmly into a 9×13 pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
Filling:
Combine:
¼ cup sifted flour
2 cups sugar
Mix in:
4 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp lemon juice
Pour on to slightly cooled crust. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350°.
