Grandma Morely’s Fudge

Recipe Details

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 2 pts. marshmallow cream
  • 6-8 cups walnuts (optional)

In a heavy saucepan add:

4 cups sugar

1 cup butter

1 can evaporated milk

Bring to a boil, turn to med heat, boil til softball stage.  Remove from heat and add:

12 oz chocolate chips

Stir until smooth.  Add:

2 pts. marshmallow cream

Blend well.  Add nuts to desired consistency or as much as the chocolate will hold!

6-8 cups walnuts (optional)

Pour into a buttered 9×13 pan and chill.
