Prep Time: 7 Minutes
Cook Time: 13 Minutes
Yield: 32 Rolls
Ingredients:
  • 6 C flour
  • ½ C sugar
  • 1 T salt
  • 2 pkgs yeast
  • 2 ¼ C milk (use powdered milk)
  • ¼ C oil
  • 1 egg

For 32 rolls

  • 2 C flour
  • ½ C sugar
  • 1 T salt
  • 2 pkgs yeast

Pulse in Bosch

In sauce pan over low heat, heat until warm:

  • 2 ¼ C milk (use powdered milk)
  • ¼ C oil

When warm like bath water, pour over flour mixture.  Add 1 egg.

Beat on low for 3 mins.

Add about 3-4 more cups flour

Knead 4 mins.

Divide in half.  Spray counter with vegeline.  Roll each half in a circle like a pizza crust.  Spread a thin layer of soft butter over dough.  Divide into 16 slices with a pizza cutter.  Roll from outside edge to center, stretching slightly as you roll to keep it tight.  Place on cookie sheet sprayed with vegeline.  Let rise.  Bake at 375° for approx. 13 minutes or until golden brown.
