Ingredients:
- 2 onions, sliced
- 5-6 cloves
- 2 cups water
- 4 to 5 lb. pork roast or fresh picnic ham
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 16 oz bottle of BBQ sauce
Put half of onions in crock-pot. Then add meat and other ingredients, with remaining onion on top. Cover and cook over night for 8 to 12 hours on low.
Remove bone and fat. Put meat back in crock-pot.
Add:
1 large onion, chopped
16 oz bottle of BBQ sauce
Cover and cook an additional 3 to 5 hours on high or 8-12 hours on low, stirring 2 or 3 times. Sere from crock-pot on large buns.
