Daisy’s Rolls

Recipe Details

Prep Time: 2 Hours
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 T sugar
  • 1 T salt
  • 2 T yeast
  • 2 eggs beaten well
  • Enough flour to make a soft dough

Melt butter and add milk, sugar, and salt.  Heat to luke warm.  Take of heat and add yeast and eggs.  Add flour and let rise for one hour.  Roll.  Shape in to rolls.  Let rise for another hour.  Bake for 15 minutes at 400°.
