Ingredients:
- 1lb Hamburger
- 1 Can Kidney Beans
- 1 scoop Sour Cream
- Flour Tortillas
- Cheese
- Green Sauce
Brown hamburger and drain.
Add a can kidney beans. Heat and mash beans. (I like to mash the kidney beans with my stick blender before I add them.)
Add sour cream.
Spread sour cream on big flour tortilla, top with cheese. Heat.
Add meat mixture to the middle of the tortilla, top with cheese, roll and enjoy!
Serve with green sauce!
