Ingredients:
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk (I use heavy cream sometimes to make it extra yummy)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (I always use at least twice this much)
Make a roux of the butter and flour. Slowly add milk while you stir. When it thickens add sugar, salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese.
