Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes diced
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 quart water
- 11/4 cup butter
- 3 T flour
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ cup shredded sharp cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp seasoned salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Combine potatoes, onion and water in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook about 20 minutes until potatoes are done. In skillet, melt butter and add flour to make a paste. Cook until it bubbles. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Cook until thick. Pour into potato mixture and add cheese and seasonings.
