Ingredients:
- 3 lb Pork picnic roast
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 TBS dried onion
Cook in a crock pot 6 hours. Drain off juice, shred meat. 1 hour before serving add:
small can enchilada sauce
1 cup brown sugar
Stir and simmer 1 hour
