Breakfast Casserole

Recipe Details

Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
  • 12 oz. Shredded hash browns
  • ½ C Melted butter
  • 1 C Longhorn cheese, shredded
  • 1 C Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 C Ham or sausage
  • ¾ C Cream or milk
  • 6 Eggs, beaten

12 oz. Shredded hash browns

½  C  Melted butter

1 C     Longhorn cheese, shredded

1 C     Jack cheese, shredded

1 C     Ham or sausage

¾  C  Cream or milk

6        Eggs, beaten

 

1.  Grease 9 x13 pan

2.  Add potatoes and melted butter to pan

3.  Top with cheese

4.  Mix rest of ingredients and pour on top

5.  Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes
