- 3 ½ lbs. Pork ribs
- ½ C olive oil
- ¼ C soy sauce
- 2 T. Montreal Steak Seasoning
Marinade:
½ C olive oil
¼ C soy sauce
2 T. Montreal Steak Seasoning
Place the above 3 ingredients into a gallon Ziploc bag and mix around together. Then put ribs in the bag and seal. You can then put in fridge overnight, or couple hours, or place in freezer. When ready to cook, put ribs in slow cooker and cook until almost done, then drain ribs well. Put back in cooker and put ½ the BBQ sauce on top and cook for another 30 minutes. Serve with remaining BBQ sauce OR After draining, put ribs on your BBQ grill and grill lightly basting with ½ the BBQ sauce and then serve with remaining sauce.

½ C Karo syrup
½ C dried minced onion – cannot use fresh
¼ C prepared mustard
½ C ketchup
¼ C apple cider vinegar
¼ C Worcester
Mix all together. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Pour into jar and let cool. Cannot be doubled.
