Banana Nut Bread

Recipe Details

Cook Time: 1 Hour
Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas mashed (1 ½ cups mashed)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Cream oil and sugar, add eggs.  Add rest of ingredients and mix well.  Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
