Recipe Details
Ingredients:
- 10 long graham crackers rolled
- ½ cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 sm pkg lemon Jell-O
- 3 T lemon juice
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk (cold)
- 1 pkg strawberry/raspberry Danish Dessert
- Strawberries/raspberries
Crust:
- 10 long graham crackers rolled
- ½ cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- In a bowl mix:
- 1 sm pkg lemon Jell-O
- 3 T lemon juice
- 1 cup hot water
Let set up a little.
In another bowl, beat:
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
Let sit.
When Jell-O is thick, put in:
- 1 can evaporated milk (cold)
Beat until stiff.
Slowly whip cream cheese and Jell-O together really good. Put into crust.
Topping:
- 1 pkg strawberry Danish Dessert
- Strawberries
(You can use raspberry Danish Dessert and raspberries.)
