Aunt Marilyn’s Cheesecake

Recipe Details

Ingredients:
  • 10 long graham crackers rolled
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 sm pkg lemon Jell-O
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk (cold)
  • 1 pkg strawberry/raspberry Danish Dessert
  • Strawberries/raspberries

Crust:

  • 10 long graham crackers rolled
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • In a bowl mix:
  • 1 sm pkg lemon Jell-O
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 1 cup hot water

Let set up a little. 

In another bowl, beat:

  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar

Let sit.

When Jell-O is thick, put in:

  • 1 can evaporated milk (cold)

Beat until stiff.

Slowly whip cream cheese and Jell-O together really good.  Put into crust.

Topping:

  • 1 pkg strawberry Danish Dessert
  • Strawberries

(You can use raspberry Danish Dessert and raspberries.)
