Ingredients:
- 3 qts water
- 2 t salt
- 2 t celery salt
- ¼ t pepper
- 2 t Accent
- 1 ½ cups ground chicken
- 1 med onion ground
- 2-3 carrots, ground
- 2 T chicken bouillon
- 1 t Kitchen Bouquet
- yellow food coloring
- ½ cup oil
- 1 cup flour
Boil all ingredients together about 20 minutes.
Make roux:
½ cup oil
1 cup flour
This should be the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Add this to soup stock with a wire whisk.
