Alpine Village Soup

Recipe Details

Ingredients:
  • 3 qts water
  • 2 t salt
  • 2 t celery salt
  • ¼ t pepper
  • 2 t Accent
  • 1 ½ cups ground chicken
  • 1 med onion ground
  • 2-3 carrots, ground
  • 2 T chicken bouillon
  • 1 t Kitchen Bouquet
  • yellow food coloring
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup flour

Boil all ingredients together about 20 minutes.

 

Make roux:

½ cup oil

1 cup flour

This should be the consistency of mashed potatoes.

 

Add this to soup stock with a wire whisk.
