3 Layer Dessert

Recipe Details

Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 C butter
  • ½ C brown sugar
  • ½ C chopped nuts
  • 1 – 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 - 8 oz tub cool whip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pkg Danish Dessert
  • 1 pkg frozen raspberries

 

Crust:

2 C flour

1 C butter

½ C brown sugar

½ C chopped nuts

 

Mix and spread in 9×13 cake pan.

Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Crumble with fingers and remove ½ cup. Pat down rest.

 

Middle Layer:

Mix:

1 – 8oz cream cheese

1 – 8 oz tub cool whip

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

 

Spread on Crust.

 

Top Layer:

Mix 1 pkg Danish Dessert (only found in Utah) according to instructions. Add 1 pkg frozen raspberries. Cool. Pour raspberry mixture over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle top with crumb mixture from crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
