White Chili

Recipe Details

Cook Time: 45 Minutes
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 4 cans great northern white beans
  • 2 cans white corn
  • 2 small cans diced green chilies or to taste
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 large onions finely diced
  • 1 Tbls garlic powder
  • 1 Tbls oregano
  • 2 Tbls cumin
  • ½ - 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 4 cups grated Jack cheese

Sautee onion in butter or oil. Add all ingredients except sour cream and cheese. Simmer 45 minutes. Add sour cream last 5 minutes or in individual bowls. Top with cheese.
