Grandma Morley’s Ribs

Recipe Details

Cook Time: 2 Hours 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
  • 6 lbs pork ribs
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 cup (or more) water
  • 1 ¼ cups ketchup
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 T wet mustard
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 T worchestshire

 

6 lbs pork ribs

Put ribs on baking sheet and put in oven at 250° for 2 hours. Pour half the sauce over them and bake until tender. Turn once or twice and baste as necessary.

 

Sauce:

 

2 large onions, chopped

1 cup (or more) water

1 ¼ cups ketchup

¾ cup brown sugar

2 T wet mustard

¼ cup vinegar

1 T worchestshire

 

Cook onions in water until tender. Combine all other ingredients. Simmer 15 mins.
