Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwiches

Recipe Details

Ingredients:
  • 16 cups of cooked and cubed chicken breasts
  • 4 cups finely diced celery
  • 1 cup green onion chopped fine
  • 5 cups quartered red grapes
  • 5 cups BEST FOODS mayo
  • 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 1 TLB Spice Islands - Beau Monde (or I have used 1/2 onion and 1/2 celery salt)

Mix together and sprinkle cayenne pepper on top and mix well again

Right before serving I add cashews as many as you want

This makes probably 140 – 160 mini croissants or 70 – 80 large
